Discs & Facet Joints

It is evident that IVD’s and Facet Joints require movement to ensure proper flow of fluid and nutrients across and through the joint surfaces.  IVD nutrition is very dependent on movement.  Exercise and joint movement ensure the passage of synovial fluid over articular cartilage, enabling it to be expressed and “sucked back” into cartilage.

The VDP may help Facet Syndrome and IVD problems by providing the correct movement necessary to ensure this proper flow of fluid and nutrients.
